How much is my custom order going to cost me?
Due to the variables with custom printing we individually quote each order to make sure you get the best value and printing process for your design. There are many factors that affect the total price. Send us a quote, via the quote page and we will give you an estimate.

What factors affect the price?
There are many factors that affect the price. Garment price, number of prints, colors in your design, and print placement will significantly impact the price. The cost per item decreases as the size of your order increases.

What is the minimum order?
We don’t have a minimum order. You can order 1 piece of garment or 100+. Keep in mind, the more you order, the cost per item decreases.

What is the process?
The process begins with you requesting a quote. If you have your own logo, you would send that over. No worries if you don’t have a logo, we will help you create one. Once we have your logo and your request for locations, types of garments, quantities, we will send you a mock up and an estimated cost. If you approve, we will request a deposit or a full payment. Once we receive your payment, we will begin work.

How long does it take?
Turnaround time for new orders is generally 10 to 15 business days depending on the volume of orders on our calendar.
Your production time will start only after you approve the online quote and a payment has been made.
If you have a due date please let us know ahead of time. Rush orders may have additional fee.

Do you deliver or ship orders?
Definitely! Shipping costs will be calculated and added upon request, please provide your address in the quote section.
Pickup is available in Yacolt, WA or in the greater Vancouver, WA area.

How do I pay and When?
After we send you an invoice for review and it is approved, we will send over a payment link. We require a 50% deposit or full payment to begin production. Full payment is due at or before we ship or deliver.
Credit Cards have a 3% processing fee. No fee’s for cash or check.
Local taxes apply, unless you have a resellers permit.

Who supplies the items to print on?
We prefer to supply the items because we have access to discounted prices through the vendors that we work with. Prices aren’t listed due to variables with quantities, brands, and styles.
